Many architectural modifications to the home, as established by the CPHOA covenants, Article 2 (Architectural Control), require approval from the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). Before starting modifications, homeowners are encouraged to consult the CPHOA Architectural Process document and the covenants and submit a request form if required.
