Canyon Parke annual dues for 2019 are $105 and are duee January 1, 2019.
The HOA is self-managed and with an all volunteer board of directors.

Note: the 2019 assessments are not due until the December 31, 2018.
Full payment may be accepted by check or money order. PayPal is currently unavailable to pay assessments.
Ensure your property address appears on the check.

Partial payments are not accepted by Canyon Parke HOA.
All past due and unpaid assessments shall bear interest at the rate of eighteen percent (18%) per annum from the date due until the date paid. Administrative fees may also be incurred until the delinquent amount is paid in full subject to applicable law.
